Has anyone gotten the flu yet, because at my high school there have been about 5 - 7 people absent from all of the classes 90 some people have been absent all week, and at one school in Connecticut (the state I live in) over 300 kids were absent from a school and they had to shut it down and get the whole school disinfected. Whatever this flu is, it is bad, I have it, my mom does, my dad, alot of people at all of the schools. The symptoms of this are as follow. . . ), Coughing very badly, Feeling tired, Sleeping alot or not being able to sleep well. I am stuck in my house, and can't go anywhere at all except around my house untill my temperature is gone for 24 hours, so if I have a temperature on Sunday I can't go to school on Monday. I went to the doctors Friday and they did a finger prick and took some blood, they tested it and said that the blood count was higher than it should be, so they thought I was getting pneumonia, so then they had to take more blood from my arm so they could get alot more than 20 drops from my finger. They took more blood so they could test it more thoroughly and try to find out what I have, they sent me over to some other place to get a chest x-ray to see if I was getting pneumonia so I got that done then an hour after the x-rays we called up the doctors office, and I have to take some pill now, and the chest x-rays say that I am not getting pneumonia, so they think I just have the flu. Alot of peoplea are getting it, and on average they have been sick with it for 3 - 5 days.
