Does anyone know how to convert W3D or GMAX files to 3DS? I have looked around and found very little, much of which no work Sad

I'm trying to get sketch up to load 3d files from CNC, but they are all W3D, and I can't convert that to 3DS, or SKT, the only 2 3d files opened by sketch up.
