I can't find the captain!!! [message #-979960]

I think it's the fifth level, when you're on the ship and you have to rescue the prisoners, and then kill the captain to get the submarine security card. Anyway, I am having the hardest time finding the captain, I think I've killed every Nod person on the ship, but I still can't find the captain. I really need help with this!!!
