help in later level, plz [message #-980083]

hello there.

i'm stuck on later level. the previous one was escorting Mobius out from enprisonment. now i have a next mission, i have to destroy whole base. i have disabled tiberium refinery there, obelisk etc. but in the end i have to place ion cannon beacon in front of the base.
problem is - i don't have that beacon. i had that in one of the previous levels, but it disappeared in one moment. so, where do i find the new one?
