| Renegade Lag & Crash issues [message #313815] |

Greetings,
Whenever I start up, close down or minimize up/down renegade in full or window screen mode the CPU jumps to 100%, as monitored by me when I ran it in window mode to see what it said. I do not know why it has recently started doing it, I have tried reinstalling but no fix. 
Often when I am in game, well most of the time the game crashes a lot and frequently at random intervals, again I do not know why this happens. The first few when I start up yes are renguard, I find them irritating and do not understand why renguard has to crash and cut people off so much.
I have gone to much lengths to find and fix the problem myself but have failed.
I would appreciate any and all assistants anyone can provide, if you need any other information then I will supply on query.

Edit: It has come to my attention this is wrong forum, sorry.
Edit: I forgot to mention, when I close my ren it pops up the windows error message, send or do not send thingy.
