If you are getting "Old File Not Found" errors and all of the following are true, here is a fix:
1.You are downloading Core Patch 2 over RenGuard (anyone doing anything else, go download over renguard like you are supposed to)
2.You already have Core Patch 1 installed
and 3.the downloader is downloading patchall.zip.
Or:
2.You dont have Core Patch 1 installed
and 3.the downloader is downloading cp2.zip
then, try this to see if it makes your problem go away.
Open regedit (go to start then run then type regedit).
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and then Software and then RenGuard.
Check for the PatchVersion entry, if it is not there or it is 0 and you have Core Patch 1 installed, create the entry as a new DWORD value (if it is not there) and set it to 1.
If you do not have Core Patch 1 installed, delete the entry (if its there) or set it to 0.
If you have Core Patch 2, it should exist and be set to 2.
If anyone is still getting "old file not found errors" and:
1.You are going through RenGuard
2.You have Core Patch 1 and its downloading cp2.zip
OR 3.You dont have Core Patch 1 and its downloading patchall.zip
Then, post here and I will diagnose further.
