GFX Question. [message #166064]

Errm...I have the ATI Radeon 9200 SE as most of you know and there are these two PCI settings that I have no clue what they are. It is called PCI write. And I can turn it on or off. Here is the screenshot:

Will turning this off improve my GFX performance? Or would this be bad for my computer? And if also could someone explain what exactly it is so I can learn a little about it?
