I would like to make a legal pursuit against Jonathan D. Holmes for using private work of my mod and posting it on the internet.

How should I start this ?

He is making fun of something I didn't released for good reasons...

I took a screenshot of the page, and recorded the source so I have proof. Now I want to go further and have him to the court.

I never gave my permission to JD holmes to use or download any of my work. He has to pay.

They used a hack on phpbb ( 2.0.13 needed or you will be hacked too ) to gain access to internal board, thx god they think we use only that place and so found only old files it seems...)

A second minor issue reported to bugtraq several days ago was the path disclosure bug in viewtopic.php which got fixed by applying the following steps:

As with all new releases we urge you to upgrade as soon as possible. You can of course find this download available on our downloads page. As per usual three packages are available to simplify your upgrade.

I see my uncle this afternoon, he is a judge at the european court.
