First off...what the hell is "Mantis"? Mantis is a web based bug/feature tracking sytem. Its called Mantis because...thats what the authors of the software decided to call it 
Guidelines for using the BRenBot Mantis:
1. You must create an account to report bugs. Account creation requires a valid email address (You will be emailed if the status of your ticket changes).
2. The Mantis is for SERIOUS usage. Only report bugs and request features, do NOT use the notes feature to reply to people or make off-topic comments, in fact don't add notes to a ticket at all unless they are relevant (If I posted a question asking for more information, you left something out, etc). We will be using this to keep track of bugs and features, It's not a forum or a playground, any stupid "OMG LOL blah blah blah" posts or spam will be dealt with harshly.
3. Please use your head when submitting a ticket. Don't put a ticket as "major" severity, and "urgent" priority if its just a feature request, or something that doesn't break stuff.
4. Just try and remember that the Mantis is basically my whiteboard. I actually have a whiteboard next to my computer that I have been scrawling brenbot bugs/features on and checking them off, and its darned inefficient (although Crimson kisses me when I check one off ), so please report serious things only and this will allow us to be better organized and add the features that you want. Use these forums for discussing/arguing/whatever, I just dont want the Mantis to get cluttered up with junk.
5. Speaking of cluttered, READ THE OTHER BUGS/FEATURE REQUESTS before you add one. The software has the ability for me to mark a ticket as a "duplicate" of another, but as I said we want as to do as little Mantis administration as possible so we can focus on the actual code fixes.
6. Don't make jumbo tickets. Please make a seperate ticket for each bug/feature. If you make one ticket reporting 5 different things, its very hard to track the progress on each item.
Thats pretty much it I guess. The URL to the mantis is http://mantis.n00bstories.com. Once you sign up there are options to change your password, view the bugs, report a bug, etc. There are actually other subsections of the Mantis that Crimson setup some time ago for making suggestions for the forums and whatnot, just select the BRenBot project in the upper right.
Heres a screenshot of what Mantis looks like to me...I added a bug off the top of my head so there would be more than a blank page.
So now, those that have bugs to report, and features to request, go forth and post on the Mantis! mac and I will be checking it regularly, and you will have the ability to know if/who is working on it.

you could add in a better recomenadtion script, cuz every time the second highest scoring person get the rec. not the first highest and make a !vote kick or !vote ban
and maybe add a !addquote and stuff in the bot so people can have quote in the game
