Hey Happy thanksgiving to the american folks here. I also have a question about thanksgiving. Why do we celibrate it? It seems pointless in these days, and why is their no school? Well happy thanks giving and happy winter season.

Abraham lincoln made it a national holiday to give thanks for everything, the country, the food, whatever. Nobody really knows why it is a turkey that is eaten, because nobody said anything about a turkey, but it just became a tradition in here & Canada.

(food network got my back lol. I didn't know jack sh1t about turkey till yesterday rofl)

To give thanks for everything you have. Meaning, thank all the vets and current service men and women, without them you got nothing.

If dishes upon dishes of food was laid out before you, and you know damn sure that you would eat all you could. One day of festive eating does not make you over wieght.

On a side not: The UK is the second most overweight country Wink
