Hey, i just bought myself this new card, in everyother game i have that sucks up graphics usage, ie ut2k3 and savage the games are beautiful at full on everything. Dont get any lag, smooth as hell.

But Renegade still doesnt look anything special, and the FPS drops to around 15 when i zoom in with a sniper, and is around 15 when flamers are attacking, which is exactly what i got on my old GeForce 4 MMX 440 64Mb

Is there anything i have to set in anti-anialising or anything to get better fps and no lag.

AMD 2000
512 Ram
Cable

etc..

In the end it doesn't matter if you are who you say you are. You will still mean nothing to me.

When i have kids, everytime i drive past a fast food restaurant, im gonna punch my kid in the face, then they'll never wanna come..

Sorry, but the sad fact is, Renegad is really nothing special graphically, and an uber-nice video card (or mediocre in your case) is going to render the image pretty much the same way as an old GF2 (which is just about what you upgraded from).

The only things you can do to make it look nicer is turn on AA and AF, and to do so you would go to where you set your resolution in windows, then click on the advanced button. That should open a little panle that you should be able to figure out from there.

If you want some advice, take it back. GFfx cards play DX9 games horribly. If you want to play HL2 with everything turned on, go out and buy a 9600 Pro. The 9600 Pro outperforms the 5900U in HL2. Or you could wait about a month, and pick up a Radeon 9600XT for about the same price thats going to come bundled with HL2.
