I just installed windows 2000 service pack 4 on my other comp and now when ever I start-up I get this message then it restarts when done and I can never get to my desktop:

Ah yes, the lovely cousin of the win98 screen of DEATH. Try running in safe mode. (This only happen to me once, I just restarted and it never happened again.)
