I had the same problem, do this
Load Note pad and open C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts You might have to change the drop down bar to all files not just text files
It should look a little bit like this:
# Copyright © 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.

# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual

Something like that, mine had some servr.westwood.com shit in it, just delete that line and save then load renegade and should work, may need reboot depending on if your pc is gay
In the end it doesn't matter if you are who you say you are. You will still mean nothing to me.
When i have kids, everytime i drive past a fast food restaurant, im gonna punch my kid in the face, then they'll never wanna come..

Delete all the .pkg's in you data folder. It will stop the Requesting Server list window from freezing.........It worked for me.
