To somewhat quote someone they interviewed on CNN that I overheard during lunch...

"The Coalition forces have done more in 3 weeks than the weapons inspectors have done in 11 years."

Now we're finding WMDs... smoking guns, if you will, in Iraq as we take over the land. So I serve a nice slice of crow to all of you who doubted it.

I'm the bawss.

hmm... last I heard was that they have found suspicious materials in an agricutural complex. No definate answer yet as to what they are, but preliminary tests show that it COULD be nerve and blister agents (not weaponized), but are probably just pesticides. (Quoted from Gen. Benjamin Freakly of the 101st Airborne Division. The ones who found the stash.)

Umm the latest tests were definitely positive for nerve gas.

I recall CNN the propeganda hot-house saying it was not definate yet. So I will be leaning toward that for a while.

But then again maybe they are pesticides and this will become another "white powder on a baby change table" incident

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. forces near Baghdad found a weapons cache of around 20 medium-range missiles equipped with potent chemical weapons, the U.S. news station National Public Radio reported on Monday.

NPR, which attributed the report to a top official with the 1st Marine Division, said the rockets, BM-21 missiles, were equipped with sarin and mustard gas and were "ready to fire." It quoted the source as saying new U.S. intelligence data showed the chemicals were "not just trace elements."

It said the cache was discovered by Marines with the 101st Airborne Division, which was following up behind the Army after it seized Baghdad's international airport.

U.S. Central Command headquarters in Qatar had no immediate comment.

The United States and Britain launched the war against Iraq to rid the country of weapons of mass destruction. Iraq denies having such weapons.

Last thing I heard about it was that they found missiles that *could* be equipped with chemical stuff...the same amount of missiles. I can't find it on some other sites as well...are you sure they aren't just hyping this up?

Are you sure the Democrats aren't just hyping it down? Remember, if the war is justified or goes well, that's BAD for the Democrats who want their boy in office in the next election.

I can turn that around to the Republican side as well. Anyway I just watched the 20:00 news and it mentions nothing about it.

Blazer,
You gotta stop feeding them all of those bowls of reality. I honestly don't think they can handle any more. We don't want them to vomit on us now, do we? Very Happy

Although we could always keep shoving it right back in....*Grabs a shovel shouting "Open WIDE"!*

while i personally believe that sadaam does have such weapons, please keep in mind that nothing is definate until more substantial tests can be done offsite. the basic field tests show positive, but they can be wrong. it will probably be at least a week before tests in labs in us, uk can comfirm the finds.

not giving saddam the benefit of the doubt, i just don't like it when all the reports say "WMD FOUND!!! WE WERE RIGHT!!!" and then it turns out that those "finds" were nothing after all. it just gives fuel to the anti-bush morons. i prefer to simply acknowledge that a possible find exists and then wait for the final tests to confirm it before shouting from the rooftops... "IN YOUR FACE YOU WHINY LIBERAL TREE HUGGING FAGGOTS!" Very Happy

yes...because CNN and FoxNews have proven time and time again that they aren't biased at all. I still have seen no more "proof" that they have WOMD than proof that the powdered milk at the grocery store is actually anthrax

Leaning...yes...and Neo-Nazis lean towards white supremacy.
