resource manager bug [message #467987]

Recruit

During my test on my test server i noticed that when you try to join a game after a gameover has happened youll always be kicked for an invaled .ldd file

If you rejoin however you can join join without a problem

it always happens to me in next situation :

start test server
do gameover
connect to game
get refused
connect again(level loaded)
in server

do not know if this happens on real server to as i cant test that
