Hi Guys

I have a problem with renguard and the server n00bstories

every time i connect to the game it tell's me that i have to download renguard and then kicked me out because of that , at the same time i've already downloaded and installed the renguard correctley.

note:
when change my nick name it works and i can play but it tells me that i should use renguard , and i really want my old nick name.

My OS is WINDOWS 7 AND MY NICK NAME IS $SPECTER$

any one can help me ?

And I doubt Win7 is supported, and the complaint might be that XWIS/WOL does not support wacky punctuation in nicknames, thus preceeding your name with "$" will not work.

Renguard is a wonderful initiative

RG does works on Windows 7. I have it going on Windows 7 Professional x64 without any tricks.

However, you most likely have been forced to use Renguard when playing with $SPECTER$ when trying to play on the n00bstories server.

n00bstories force RG upon playing there, i played there for a month then suddenly i got "banned" for not using RG, by "banned" i mean instant kick unless i run RG.
