Sorry if this is really easy to find, I had no idea how to search for this.
I want to know where to get a program that... well, does something like this:
You: FRush
Game: Gather for a flame tank rush!
or
You: ebar
Game: There's an enemy in the barracks!
Anyone know of a program that does that kind of thing?
*facepalm* that's hard to explain...

wait, is that program server-sided or can it be client based, like if I wanted I could download that and say 'apcbarr' and It'd turn out "Apc Incoming at Barracks" in any server?
