We must always remember there are first timers playing all the time, it does P a person off. As a hotwire I will often top up the buildings from the outside if they are down only a bit, if they are under attack I head inside.
If there was a better instuction book, we wouldn't have as many problems, like newbies trying to place 50 mines, while the important mines are disappearing after # 30.
I try to praise newbies when they do something right, but it is hard giving out the owners manual in the heat of battle.I am surprised at the level of team work in many games, more credits need to go to repair guys though, I have saved so many peoples butss while they keep racking up the credits, balancing is needed I feel.

There seriously does need a better manual... and an online one. When i was new i searched alllllll over and i couldn't find anything that covers even 10\%
