I was playing a game today that the host had set up with everone starting with 1300 credits. I was on a team by myself so far, since it just started, and it was like 3 on 1. I just bought a flame tank and rolled on over to his bace in "Field" and proceeded to toast away his AGT. I took a few hits, but when I got right up on it and was taking no damage, I was fine. I had it almost gone, when they finally sent in a Hotwire to repair it. Then they started to repair it faster than I could damage it. So, I just turned my attention to the nearby Power Plant, and proceeded to toast it to the ground. GDI's infntry was all over at my base, trying yo do the same thing, but I had the lead on them pretty good so far. when they realized their repair efforts were futile, the game host just decided to tuck his tail and shut down the game. Can you believe that??? Such sore losers!!! 3 people couldn't even stop little old noob me!!!

Tell me what you all think...

Nod seems to win alot in retail cuz GDI usually consists of nOObs that randomly join games, so i like supporting GDI to help strike back.

0 is best starting credits as it gives each side an equal amt. of time to strategize(well, i hope at least SOME people are willing to do this).

What I REEEEEEEEEEALLLLY HATE!!!!!!! are hosts that start u off with exactly 800 credits , this gives Nod a chance to seriously own u w/ a flame tank rush before u have time to think while giving u as little to begin with as possible to beat them back!

BTW: the names Fribbles on WOL, ill be in GDI most of time.

What i hate is when Hosts discover they can send pop up message of the day ---

game last night - the host was asking - "can everyone see this?"

annoying 000

when im on i host a server called nuke_S ownage, its non laddered, and you can chose your teams. 8 people max on my cable. one of my friends who lives on the other side of north america with a 56k says it doesnt lag.

100 starting creds, all i ask is that you keep the teams even. Ive had people who swap teams at the beginning of the game, even though they are perfectly even.

A suggestion.. Why don't we teamplayers keep and share list of host/servers who are sore losers and boycott/blacklist them. And if these users show up on any other hosts who are teamplayers themselves these sore losers should be given the kick/ban boot just to teach them a lesson.

Good idea! My clan{DI3} was playing against a really sucky clan{NWO}. I started talking to my team telling them that nwo was a pushover, turns out that one of the NWO guys was hosing and playing the game so not only was he able to hear everything my team was saying through the whole game he also heard me ragging on his clan so he booted me! What an A$$! So avoid NWO when playing clan matches.

i exprenced something similar, but not booted for sore loser, botted because of a stuck up loser. i go into a game, 4 people playing, having a decently fun game. very very little lag. well i gt to talking with everyone but the host, and i mention im o 56k with AOL, not that bad of a combo, and doesnt lg horribly. well instantly this stuck up n00b boots me thinking of his other precious FPS games, i mean WTF is up, WOL servers are awsome, and are very forgiving to 56kers. and this idiot boots me with 4 people in he game....argh wish i had noted his name

The only time I will kick a player (servername=Godlichs Srvr MplsNoUnder) is if they're on a map where the harv get's stuck and they refuse to fire at it "DO NOT ATTACK THE HARVESTER!"

I'll send a few admin msgs and if they still play cheap I have no problem kicking.

Your scenario is lame though. If someone kicks like that. Die, die, die.

Well, I certainly dont blame that nOOb at all, because you MUST have lied!! WOL seems very network-hungry, and my cable modem seldomly allows me to join a game under 200 ping, usually higher.

BTW, if you think I'm saying this cuz you think IM also a stuck-up nOOb, i give u a 1 star rating. I mean, REALLY!

On maps where the harvesters get stuck, blowing up the enemys harvester is just about the only way to get a good amount of money til they start throwing armor at you.

I simply never play laddered games on non-dedicated servers (except when i host a game myself) because theres a 90\% chance that the host will boot you when you are winning if you arent on his team. I once had a NOD host boot me from a 1v1 game because i refused to give him my mammoth tank

People kick me from their game on a daily basis just because they cant stand getting their butt's kicked. I get so mad at these people who do this, i am begining to wish that the option to kick people was taken off of the game. Once i made fun of a host's message of the day and he kicked me! This makes me mad.

something similar happened to day, to me.

I got kicked out of nfc-clanserver for no reason

And www.dragonbones.de for not changing team when someone told me to, instead I said screw you and shoot him before he kicked me off

I reckon people like that should not be allowed to host games

Ok guys, i really hate having to do this, but i have no other option. Im actaully stuck in renegade single player, and need anyones help. In level 7 i think (called: - The Black Hand Of Nod)i cant find the **** security key to acess the mainframe. Its the objective where you have to hack the mainframe, and i know where the door leading to it is, just not the keycard to access it. i hope someone out there knows what im talking about and can help me - please. i hate not doing it myself, but im fed up, and wont play renegade anymore if i dont pass this level.

Thanks all.

It is at the main frame. After you hacked it the keycard will appear.
Looks like I have to put a post up about The Grip of Black Hand
