Hello Team, my first post. I got the Ren CD but it is not the original one that i used to have a few years back. I bought a original one from a licensed EA company...but on the cover is the licnesed company logo..and the cd's is like blue in color Is there a way to know if it is first decade or last...

And is there a difference in the way I do the 9 step install with either one...either first or last decade? Is there such a thing as first and last decade? Do i still have to install all patches for both??

THank You...If it is of any I have Vista with SP1

If it's The First Decade, it will say "The First Decade" on the box, and you have (almost) all the C&C games on a DVD. You do not use the Renegade patch with TFD. There is no "last decade" compilation.

Hello! The only difference between TFD and "classic" is that patch 1.037 is pre-installed on TFD. You can install all core patches on both. Smile

You might want to leave Renguard behind, as it's sometimes causing some crashes lately.

Thanks.....I do not have the TFD since I have the two cd's...one for install and one for play...they told me TFD comes all in 1 cd....Thanks for the help team...I really appreciate it....Hopefully ill see you on the games.....
