I would like how you make these colour boxs around words etc.

I have Paint Shop Pro 7, Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 and Adobe Photoshop CS3.

If someone could explain the steps, I be most greatful, thank you.

Last time I used MS paint was like 3-4 years ago, it's so long ago so forgot about it, I normally use more advanced programs.

A friend gave me a English version, so easy to use now. Smile
