what you do is you get ethier a few Hum-v's,or buggys, with one or two fully loaded APC's. Then You Basiclly go to a lightly defended area, Drive up shooting, all passengers get out and go and bomb a specific building, or cause a hell of alot of havoc. do this for about a minute, run back get into the vehicles and leave and return to base. Basicly its a hit and run, but if you do it right, it kicks ass.

Good tactic in theory, but if you have enough cash to buy 2 APC's, and a couple humvees, then the enemy probably has enough cash to buy flamers and buggies. the enemy base is not going to be "lightly defended." Hit n' Runs can only work if there is a distraction force and a small insertion force goes in, hits the target, and gets out before the enemy knows they fell for a trick.

That seems like a good tactic to me.
