I've tried to read as many support pages and faq's as I could, but I'm unable to find any response to this problem. Every FAQ says if I click Westwood Online I'd be automatically directed to a login page of XWIS but it does not happen for me. Instead I get a "Your version of Westwood Online is incompatible with this product. Please reinstall Westwood Online component" type of warning.
How do we get around this? How to log in to XWIS?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for all your help so far.
I've reinstalled the game, however I still get the same error(not the error at the screenshot but the error when I click at Westwood Online). I don't understand why, and it seems it isn't something that happens with a lot of people. I've contacted EA for help about it but they didn't tell me anything just told me to contact Strike Team, and I cannot contact strike team because I cannot connect them in the first place. I do not know what to do.
