That dialog is a standard windows thing for sending garbage to Microsoft for them to forward to the recycle bin. If you want help you need to tell us;
1) What the problem IS
2) Whether the problem is intermittent or happens every time
3) Did the problem suddenly develop or has it always been there
4) Did you install anything recently that triggered the problem
etc etc. Your general PC specs might also help depending on the problem ( Operating system, graphics card etc )
