simple , delete the crash dump out of your westwood folder and out of your recycle bin and reboot your pc and try again, as i have had this happen as well and this fix worked for me and i havent had a prob again with that happening again. its just an idea for you to try.
I guess it would take a retard like trooprm02 to think that he'd accomplished something by pointing out what everyone already knows about.

Ty much for the help, but I found the issue. Ren was trying to load a shaders file even though I thought I removed the scripts with shaders =/ (Apparently I missed one)
