In fieldTS. Get XCC Mixer and extract the .dds, and rename it if necessary.

i can't, because xcc mixer begins reading all of the cnc related files, uses 2.5 gb of ram, then freezes. but somehow i had a chance to see the files in fieldts, but there were no tank related skins. more help pls.

I told you the solution, It's not a texture. You won't be able to use it with Renguard, Even so you'd have to do a bit of rigging work to get it as a replacement.
