I recently bought cnc decade and found i was finally able to play renegade after a year of renguard taking it down. I happily loaded it up and played. Then for the second time everybody and their grandma accused me of cheating because I was un-killable by half of their team. I went to get renguard, and when i loaded it i noticed that there was a serial issue. I looked it up and found i have t ochange the file directory in one of two ways, neither worked. After messing around in places i shouldn't be everytime I went into decade to load renegade it wouldnt work, itd simply ignore the command. I recalled that it asked me to re-install renegade after the hole Serial issue thingy. i did and when i reloaded it there is a "transfer error" with tiberium sun. Somehow ifixed that and now its with red alert. How do i fix this and why does renguard always mess up renegade?

I don't think the reinstall issues are due to Renguard. I'd say the install has problems reading from the CD? Did you delete the complete directory after uninstalling as the patches may have left some files.
If you install in the directory without TM and it still doesn't work, you can try to run this: http://www.renegadeforums.com/index.php?t=msg&th=19368&a mp;a mp;start=0&rid=4882 and give in your renegade serial again.
We are all waiting for the next version of Renguard for a while now, it's being hard tested. Most of us are aware of the many problems with the current version and we'll try to get them solved for you too.

not a clue if theres anythin left, i looked i nthe c:\ program files place where it is and there wasn't anything but.. are there anyplaces other parts of it could be?
I'm downloading it for the 5th time atm, the ni can tell you the message it gives me. And its not the cd, it worked pefectly at my friends house.

That means that your dvd isn't read correctly. So I guess it'd be your dvd-rom to blame. Try in another dvd-rom.
