I know if anyone has it they wont give it to me if they had it and if they would i dont know if its possible but....

Could someone that has it give it to me. im terribly desperate since they discontinued Gmax

uhm, just because they discontinued gmax does not mean the existing version of gmax wont work Rocked Over

the only way to get 3ds max is to fork out a large sum of cash or look for alternate sources for it...
