...in the next version of Renguard.

Search their computer's desktop for an existing renegade shortcut that goes to game.exe. If there is one, delete it and add these 2 shortcuts. Makes things simpler for the less informed.

You could also call the renguard one "Renegade with Renguard" or something.

Not really, I had the same setup back when I had Renegade installed. It's not a bad idea, plus it can be easily implemented.
