Well, you can either set up a video camera to point at your monitor and turn it on when you start playing...
Or you could use a recording program such as fraps (google is your friend!) know theres others but I can only think of fraps at the moment. Although, one problem with these sorts of programs is you have to have fast HDDs and good CPU's to still get a decent frame rate while recording (they whore resources)

So I would have to download a program to capture in-game video? And can you capture video from anything you are doing? If so that is cool. If you remember any other video capture programs please tell me. Thanks ahead of time.
