other than a few fixes to stuff,the main changes are support for loading bhs.so on linux (on windows, its loaded differently).
Also, the windows version is now compiled with Visual Studio .NET 2003 which makes it smaller (and hopefully better as well)

btw, should anyone find any issues with this new dll (particularly things that might have been caused by the move to Visual Studio .NET 2003), do let me know so I can look into them.
