Both refinarys have this weird purple stuff around them, and both these sets of purple box thing seems to be connected, so when i move one set, the other purple ste moves too.
Can i delete them, or are the purple things important?

i think the purple things are so people cant get vehicles inside the refinery... or maybe its just a bunker... or maybe its nothing... i dont know...
