- Hopefully it's just hidden or buyable.

- Manual what? If a manual car, then no.
The hover-craft explodes when it hits land. You need to edit the surface properties so it doesn't when it hits buoys and pillars.
Also because of the animation, your feet get stuck in the buoy.
