Pretty much 40% of America is descended from Germans in one way or another.
Yeah, I lived around Kaiserslautern as my dad was U.S. Army, we found some pretty cool stuff in the woods sometimes, once I remember there was an old metal crate with the Iron Cross on it.. it's amazing when you think how long ago things date back.

They are called swastika too.
In our town we got some bunkers too, but they arent WWII ones, they are from a Firework Factory that isnt located there anymore, because it went on fire.
