They are a gimmick made only by cooler master and are not for individual resale. They only way you are going to get a pair is to buy the case/other cool master case or if for some odd reason someone put it on eBay.

This is true I got this cool little tool to assemble my case. I would give it to you but, I always save my tools for future use. 
The reason Uranus is tilted 90 degrees is because god got angry and kicked it over.....
