If it's your renegade serial, than you are responsible to whoever got you banned (if you gave out your serial, or let someone use your computer) If it's your brother/friend/whoever's serial, than it is THEIR responsibility that they got banned, if that's the case, you need to talk to them in order to square it. Judging by the answer of not even 30$ is going to cut it, i doubt that's going to happen.
Recap - if your serial, your responsibility
if not your serial, than its the responsibility of the person to whom it belongs to. You can't blame Renguard for something like this, it's the responsibility of whoever owns the serial. Whoever that may be.

I was banned from RG once and imho if you ever stood the slightest chance in hell of being unbanned, you threw it away when you posted threatening the members of this forum. Accept responsibility for what you did, say sorry and swear on your mothers life you will never do it again, and you would be fucking blessed by god to be unbanned. Otherwise, just go away and stop making things worse for yourself. You hack, you get banned. Simple story. Crimson can be more than fair when she wants to be.
