Three questions related to Rengade music, I really have not got much of an idea when it comes to audio editing, and how can I learn without knowing what to look for?

1) Why is it that certain mp3s that you use for menu music loop, and others don't?

2) What is the best application for synthesing music, or what orther methods are there of digtally creating music files?

3) Are there any good sites to do with audio creation/manipulation you know of?
