i just purchased a new code for renegade and i never received my new code, how do i go about getting it, i paid through paypal.

You're not making much sens here. Did you buy a new serial from xwis maybe? Or amazon? Or did someone PM you and say "hey I got a new code, pay me 10 $ over paypal"? In the last case, it could be a ripoff.
