Renegade won't work always comes up with an erorr. [message #-967561]

I was gonna play on line today but when I started up renegade it asked for me
to configure the settings(audio, vidio, performance). When I pressed ok it jsut sat there.
So I thoguh, oh I jsut need to click on the reneagde icon again. So I did so but it still
asked for configuration. I read the trouble shoting said to make windows in 32 bit color.
SO I did STILL asked for configuration. I've tried both disks, clicking on the
icons in the folder, in the start manu, EVEN on autoplay(where it says play, uninstall, medal of honor demoect.)
so I was jsut wondering wht to do. I might be stuck playing RA2 fro the rest of the summer.
