Apologies if this has been answered, however I couldn't find the information anywhere.
Are the rosters set in stone? Aside from the restrictions already in place regarding players participating with multiple communities, are there any penalties for changing a roster?

Each round communities may go into the tournament with a new sign-up of players if they wish. I don't know if changing a roster for a round is allowed, but I dont think it will be much of a problem when its necessary.

If people on the current roster cant make it you can replace them with the substitutes. If the subs cant make it you can replace them with new subs.
This can only happen up until the day before the match. So once it is Saturday you can not change the roster anymore.
