Weapon Muzzle Flashes [message #373528]

Is there anyway to make muzzle flashes show every shot. Almost every gun you only see the muzzle flashes on some of your shots. This happens a lot in first person guns.

any ideas ?

Found problem i have vsync off and muzzle flashes only show one frame. So anyone that has this problem turn on vsync.
