I uninstalled it from my computer today because I'm trying to get photoshop to be the default but it's not showing up. so i don't know where to download the tools. can i get a link?

That's the old version with XCC Mixer 1.45 - get the correct version (with Mixer 1.46) directly from the source.

Click Utilities on the left, then download the current XCC Utilities. Also, I don't know why they took the XCC DLL Pack off their site last year, why the 1.4.6 Utilities doesn't include 3 other .dlls not in that pack but in a different version of the XCC Utilities installer that I have (not Jelly's version), and why there's another DLL in the Jelly XCC Utilities that wasn't in either the DLL Pack or the other installer, but whatever. I'll attach whatever anyone's missing if someone gets a "dll not found" error.
