DONT BOTHER SHOOTING THE HAND FROM YOU BASE!!!!! I just got done playin a 40 player server. My team had 4 mrls shooting at the hand. Not even damageing it. When that was going on the sound nuclear strike beacon deployed became a part of the wonderful sound in this game. and what did they do, those little cock suckers kept shooting at it. A stealth guy planted a beacon, DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THEM!!! wat did they do the still shoot. So if you are giving them free points, STOP shooting

Yeah, on a 40 player server, you'll probably have a little difficulty. If I'm on GDI in a smaller player game (2 through 10 players), I'm almost always a gunner and I usually just get up onto my fort wall, rather than shooting out the hole in the mountain because the enemy has a harder time getting to me. If the opposite team is inexperienced or stubborn enough to ignore me pounding rockets at their HON, I can take it out without a problem. I recommend if you're GDI on the islands map or especially any map without a base defense (AGT or obelisk), go for the HON, unless it seems like you're getting nowhere with it. Then just build your base defense to prepare for stealths - patch, mobius, etc. But you'll have any easier time holding back enemy vehicles than keeping track of every little invisible b@st@rd" target="_blank">>@rd that runs into your base getting ready to plant a beacon.

I figured it out! If you came here wondering the same thing: In a non-laddered game, press "~" and type "extras fnkqrrm", this will turn on extra models for characters and vehicles. When in the buying terminal, hold "alt" and press "~". The benefits are not much unless you are a templar or an acolyte as where you can heal in tiberium. I do admit that is is fun riding around in a pick-up truck (GDI)!
