I was playin a game some time back.... I think it was a WOL Forum Game.... Anyways, the map Was "Under" and I was playing as Nod.Nothing happened for a couple minutes (as games usually do) but it started roaring pretty quickly. Rush after rush after rush, we lost many tanks. A large strategy was organized.... this is how it went. 3 stealth black hands with beacons went down the tunnels. When they get to GDI's tunnel, 2 flame tanks would spray in the tunnels to clean it out. Then an engineer would get rid of a few mines. Well, needless to say... it failed. But it sounded like a good plan, didnt it?

Mine was in hourglass, yesturday. We wre GDI and were kept defence, cause nod rushed, rushed and rushed. After 30 minutes, and a few unsuccessfull antempts, we had a LOT of money (I had like 4000, and all my other teammates had almost the same) we decided to go hard on them... We bought mamoth, and mamoth, and mamoth. We decide to "Rush" the oblisk. They managed to save it with a tiny little bit of life left. So, since we had a lot of money, we didt it again, this time, a more coordinated rush. 4 Mamoth, 1 mlrs, 1 med tank. Even if they were 3 tech or do in the obeliks, they didn't saved it this time. Blew up the hand of nod right after that. We all got our tank destroyed, but we bough another one since we had quite a lot of money, and blew up the rest of the base.

Hmmm... Speaking on teamwork... Have a little faith... I was playing on Hourglass as Nod, and half our team was MA sieging, while I saved up for a stealth/nuke/apc. I then purchased these as soon as I collected the $ to do so. By then however, GDI had a medium tank sitting in the front of the base supported by one mobius, and a PIC. I patiently waited at the top of the map for an opportunity to rush their powerplant... Since I was waiting in an apc, I had nearly the lowest score on the server. Some idiots on my team started yelling at me for "not doing anything", and they did this for minutes. Needless to say I was pretty ****ed at these losers... I then had my chance, the medium tank went off to chase a MA and the infantry support were nowhere in sight! I rushed down to the powerplant, and got out of my apc... I started to plant my nuke in the outside corner of the building, and to my dismay, a hotwire ran by and got in my apc... My nuke finished planting then, and the hotwire just drove off for some reason... I thought she might be circling around back, so I quickly ran inside the plant, and waited to hear the sound of repair guns... (None came...) The power was then blown, and I had single-handedly won the game for my team... I then proceeded to steal a hummer and drive back to my base for another nuke... I planted that, and went back for another... I did get second place on the server, no thanks to my team... (Oh and yeah, when they were insulting me, I had nothing better to do, I pushed those losers over the top of the hill with my apc and into the range of the AGT... Needless to say, my team wasted a lot of money on re-buying MA's and other vehicles/infantry...

my idea is for GDI on under ONLY. be a hot wire and make ur way through the NOD tunnels disarming any mines....... (this is a team work effort but forone person to finish) the other people could guard u to the tunnels carry on tothe bottom of the tunnels until u reach the PP. then run behind the rock, wait a few seconds, run behind the step thingy, then run like hell (jumpin aswell) to the hand of nod. u can bomb that or jump at the one CLOSEST to the airstrip jump out of that and keep jumpin into the airstrip and bomb it (that is a good trick for a quick starter) USE IT FIRST TO CRIPLE THE BASE -------------------------------------------- EAT SOUP!

hey, what's your name in game? i was playing last night as nod on hourglass, with almost the identical situation occuring. we were losing the war of attrition to gdi and i was really p*ssed at the lack of team play by our side, not that gdi was doing much better. then suddenly i heard power plant destroyed, and the rush was on. gdi was finished a few minutes later and i ended being mvp, though i wanted to thank whoever blew the pp and tell him that he was the real mvp. anyway, if that was you, thanks man! ps. i wasn't one of the guys insulting you. i would never do that in game, no matter how badly a player is doing...

the time Rdl25 and myself were playing together in that map with the waterfall. [nightime one.] Th results were... intresting. He was playing hotwire, and i was being mobius. [yes this is the story i mentioned on the clan forum] i won't bore you with the details, but i only died once [he didn't die once] and after we finished nod didn't dare go back into the tunnels. Another time himself, me and a few other guys got into an apc while being nod on city. We rushed the base and didn't do too bad. we nearly took the pp down. it failed, and we lost the game later, but it was v good nevertheless. [lag was the problem.]

I was in a game on field last night where I was part of some great teamwork. We lost the game, but it was the best rally I've ever been in yet. Nod got together really quickly and caught us with our pants down with a three flamer rush on the agt. It went down, and so did our spirits. Usually, in this game, once it's down, it's over. The score quickly became like 17,000 to 10,000. Well, somehow, through an increadible effort, we managed to hang on another 30 minutes, camp their entrance with mammies, and get the score to 28,000 to 25,000. I was very proud to not have been stomped when by all rights, we should have been. The best part was that Nod was playing very well, so I was surprised at how well we were able to survive, and even, for a briend time, flourish.
