To put the whole thing in a complete sentence: How can ONE GDI HOT WIRE get pass the Oblisk (and enter ANY NOD bldg at the CnC Under Map  ? I Knew this can be done but....please teach us how to do it..... (Well, We were rely on the oblisk too much and forget to mine the tunnel)

Just think about how you might do it... its not too hard to see from there. And the lesson is... dont forget to mine the tunnel if you gonna leave the base unattended And be grateful they didn't take the PP then you'd have lost the ob and everything would cost double Oh.. yes you can get in the PP with a hotwire :*) oleum[HoA]

It is possible and that's what confuse me. I through oblisk never miss....or will it?? If they come in pair, the first guy draw the shot and the second one get through, that's understandable ......but.... there only 1 unit ......... no I can't figure out...............

You can still do it. The Obelisk won't fire at you at all, so the possibility that it might miss is not an issue. Just get to the rock near the PP and hide behind it until the Obelisk calms down. Then hide behind the wall until it calms down again. Then run like hell until the Hand of Nod shadows the Obelisk. If you run in the right direction you'll be safe just before the Obelisk fires. From there you can get into the Hand via the back entrance or, if you are careful, you can go into the PP.
