Near the end of it, you shoot down sakura's chopper, right? But i never saw her parachute out or anything after that, it jus crashed. And she appears in later levels , having joined GDI once again.Uhhh... was she revived or something?

I'm gonna assume she crawled out of the wreckage nearly dead and was apprehended by GDI ground forces or something.

She wasn't "apprehended by GDI forces"; she appears later in a Nod base. Duh.

Well excuse me, I haven't beaten it yet, as a matter of fact I'm still on the ship level. Sheesh, some of the people here annoy me with their "you should KNOW that by now n00b!" attitudes!
