You should upgrade the processor, lower clocked Athlon X2 really isn't worth it. Plus a 6000+ cost only about 75-100 dollars more than 3800+.
RAM I'd go with Patriot.
Video Cards not THAT bad :/ go for a cheap 8800GTS if you can.

Actually, if you buy a cheap PC and 1337 graphics card, get something better than the 7600, my graphics card does a good job on all games ,but stranglehold, the game froze, my entire PC from nearly overheating, screen flashed, sounds beeped. I hit reset before my PC blew up.
