You can't: the serial is encrypted in the registry.

Well, I've installed 2 different copies of Renegade, and I need to erase one of the passwords using the reset password thing, but I'm not sure it they are the same copy I only want to erase 1 of the pass's. How can I find it in the registery?

I *think* the serial changer http://www.renegadeforums.com/index.php?t=msg&th=19368&start=0&rid=4 882 may give you the original encrypted serial. Unsure though.

I believe you can check the nicks by logging onto the chat and typing /n.

If both the serials are different numbers does that mean a different serial code? (Under the Registry.) When It resets the passwords does it tell you what they are?

Yes.

The serial you use on your current Renegade installation is on the registry as Goztow said. there is never more than one serial. You can change your serial by editing the current one in the registry.

Yes, if you have a pass in the registry of one computer, you can go in the registry, copy it and paste in te registry of the other computer that was installed with another serial.

never tried it myself though.
