First off, thanks for all the help from ya'll so far.

When I go to connect to a server, it'll say the game is full even though on the server list it is like 23/30 or something like that. Why is it saying this and how do I enter the server then?

How do you private message someone in the game? I've looked around the wiki and the in game controls, but I have not found anything.

Lastly, is there a way to improve your kbps after changing the internet settings from auto to cable (my connection)? Because now I'm making an average of 90-100 on most servers and 60-70 on a few servers.

Cirtain servers use specail ingame names that are alot longer. The server thinks these player are not ingame so they do not show up until you actually get into the serv. Lol i found that hard to explain.

To page someone ingame in F2 chat Type..

/page <playername> <Teh message>

Big Ups

As for your connection you could try setting your connection to Lan/T1 Thumbs Up

Some servers are connect to WOL and gamespy so players from both "sources" can join. However, they will only show the WOL-players on the WOL list. The 23/30 would then be 23 WOL players and 7 gamespy players.

To Pm someone (Thanks to JeepRubi for telling me) simply hit F2 then type-in / then the name, it will auto fill in with the closest match.

So to PM me, F2 ~ /Ob165ion Blah blah blah

or you can use /page <insert name here> <message> to page someone that is not ingame.

That's to "whisper" to someone else in the server. It doesn't work outside of the server. However, to PAGE, you have to either hit F2, type /page person message or, if they've already paged you, you just have to type /r message.
