I've made one,no cinder block, and that white plastic piping thats thick? Load it with hairspray and light a peaice of paper, stick it in a small drilled whole and presto! We were aimming it upwards, but one time it sorta went alittle to horizontal. Flew about 150ft downt the street and hit a parked car. Ouch, it left a biigg mark. Later that night the cops came and took it away Said it was a pipe bomb, **** those pigs...

Builded one that shots golfballs, tennis balls, potatoes, apples, and im working on a new barrel to shoot pinnapples. As I like to put it I have "too much time"
